These terms cover your use of craigdesorcy.com and any coaching you book with me, Craig Desorcy. By using this site or working with me, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What coaching is, and isn’t

I offer online coaching for people in a personal transition or looking for a transformation. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. If you need any of those, please talk with a licensed professional.

Your results are yours

I’ll bring my experience and my best effort. What you do with it is up to you. I can’t promise any specific result. Testimonials on this site are real, and they reflect those clients’ own experiences. Yours may be different.

Applying and working together

• Applying for coaching doesn’t create an agreement. I’m selective, and I may say no.
• If we decide to work together, the scope, schedule, fees, and payment and refund terms will be agreed with you in writing before we start.
• You’re responsible for the decisions you make in your life and work.

Sessions and rescheduling

Sessions happen online. If you need to reschedule, let me know as early as you can. Specific notice periods will be part of our written agreement.

Confidentiality

What you share in our sessions stays between us. I won’t share it unless you say I can, or unless the law requires it.

Content on this site

The writing, images, and design on this site belong to me unless another source is credited. You’re welcome to share links. Please don’t copy or republish the content without asking. Videos and links to other sites are there because I find them useful. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for them.

General information only

Everything on this site is general information. It may not fit your situation. Use it at your own risk.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this site or my coaching. If I am found liable for anything, my total liability is limited to the fees you paid me for the coaching in question.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
